Wizards of the Coast (short Wizards, or WotC) is an american company based in Renton, Washington publishing fantasy and science fiction themed games. Founded in 1990 by Peter Adkison WotC became famous for its award-winning trading card game Magic: The Gathering. Since 1999 it is a subsidiary of the toy and entertainment company Hasbro.
