Nissa's deck consists of creatures with Landfall mainly.  You should aim to cast Managorger Hydra early, as it has trample and gets a +1/+1 counter each time a spell is cast.  Other Landfall abilities include lifegain from Grazing Gladehart, pumping from Oran-Rief Hydra and Territorial Baloth, and creating land creatures with Embodiment of Insight.  The other creatures in Nissa's deck are large creatures like Pelakka Wurm and Gladehart Cavalry, among others. 

The Eldrazi deck has creatures that, for the most part, are higher in defense than power, but can only outclass a few of Nissa's creatures directly.  The AI will try to exile your library and use those exiled cards to power its creatures' abilities.  The deck also contains burn spells that do direct damage, with one requiring an exiled card from Nissa's deck.

If the AI manages to remove your creatures with burn spells, you can use Greenwarden of Murasa or Woodland Bellower to get them back into play.  Overall, this duel should not be very difficult.  Survive until you can resolve and keep your heavy hitters and then attack with them, forcing chump blocks for removal or doing direct damage with trample.
